NBCC COMMENCES HANDOVER OF CRYSTAL HOMES PROJECT IN SECTOR 76, NOIDA

NEW DELHI- NBCC (India) Limited successfully conducted the Inauguration and Commencement of Flat Handover Ceremony of the Crystal Homes Project at Sector 76, Noida on 05th April 2025.

The event was graced by the esteemed presence of Shri R. Venkataramani, Attorney General for India & Learned Court Receiver, Amrapali, as the Chief Guest and Shri K.P. Mahadevaswamy, Chairman & Managing Director, NBCC (India) Ltd., as the Guest of Honour. Also present were Shri Ravi Bhatia, Forensic Auditor and Member, ASPIRE Court Committee, and Shri D.K. Mishra, Director, ASPIRE, along with Dr. Suman Kumar, Director (Commercial) and Shri Anjeev Kumar, Director (Finance), NBCC.

During the ceremony, NOCs and Possession Letters were handed over to 55 delighted customers, marking the beginning of a new chapter in their home ownership journey. The event was met with immense satisfaction and gratitude by the homeowners, who expressed their appreciation for the transparent and efficient execution by NBCC.

Several homebuyers shared that they had lost all hope of ever seeing their dream homes completed, but NBCC had restored their faith. “We had given up hope. NBCC has not just given us a home, but returned our faith,” said one visibly emotional homeowner. Another added, “We’ve been waiting since 2012. We had stopped dreaming of this day long ago… but NBCC has made it come true.” Buyers praised the transparency and professionalism throughout the process, appreciating NBCC’s commitment to timely delivery and communication. “The entire process was so transparent, and every step was clearly communicated. The NBCC team has truly done an outstanding job,” shared a satisfied resident. Their collective sentiments reflected the deep trust and appreciation NBCC has earned through its dedication to not just delivering homes, but restoring hope.

The Crystal Homes Project comprises 9 towers with a total of 972 residential units of 3 & 4 BHK configurations. Originally launched in 2012 by the erstwhile Amrapali Group, the project faced significant delays due to financial and administrative mismanagement. However, with the timely and decisive intervention of the Honourable Supreme Court of India and subsequent takeover by NBCC under judicial oversight, the project has now been brought to completion. NBCC continues to uphold its commitment to timely delivery, customer satisfaction and excellence in construction—serving as a trusted partner in nation building and urban development.
